La Sala Plena decide NEGAR por improcedente la solicitud de nulidad impetrada por el memorialista y reiterar que este incidente no puede ser utilizado como una especie de recurso oponible a los fallos que dicta la Corte Constitucional, ni tampoco como una nueva instancia procesal apta para reabrir debates pasados o para analizar nuevamente las controversias que ya han sido resueltas por la Corporación.
